1. General Information
By placing an order with Buzz & Build, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All our items are 3D printed using PLA plastic, unless stated otherwise.
As a small business, many of our products are made to order, including standard shop items.
2. Product Details
Due to the nature of 3D printing, small variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal.
Layer lines and minor imperfections are expected and are not classed as faults.
Sizes are approximate and may vary by a few millimetres.
3. Custom Orders & File Ownership
If you upload or provide a 3D file, you confirm that you own it or have full rights and permission to use it.
Buzz & Build is not responsible for copyright or licensing issues involving customer-provided files.
4. Payments
Full payment is required at checkout before we begin processing your order.
Prices may change based on material costs, product size, or custom requests.
5. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the size of the item, colour requested, printer availability, and order volume.
Estimated timeframes are provided but may change.
If delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.
6. Order Changes
Changes can only be made before printing or packing begins.
Once the item is started or completed, further changes may require a new order or additional cost.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because items are 3D printed to order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item is sent
If an issue occurs, we may request photos so we can assist.
We do not refund:
Disliking the colour
Minor imperfections typical of 3D printing
Incorrect sizes provided by the customer
Damage caused by dropping, heat exposure, bending, or misuse
8. Earrings & Keyrings
When ordering earrings/keyrings, you agree you are responsible for safe use and wear.
Metal parts (hooks, rings, chains) may vary slightly depending on stock availability.
9. Safety
Items are not toys unless clearly labelled as suitable.
Keep away from young children and pets.
PLA is not food-safe, so prints should not be used for food or drink.
10. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Buzz & Build is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery times depend on the courier and may vary.
11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before printing or packing begins.
If your order has already been started, we may not be able to cancel it.
